Nan Zhong

Nan Zhong is an experienced software engineer with a career spanning over 15 years in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Member of Engineering at poolside since November 2024, Nan previously spent a decade at DigitalOcean, progressing from Software Engineer to Principal Software Engineer/Manager in the Office of the CTO. Notable contributions include backend system design for TextNow's cloud-based services and infrastructure scaling for the TextNow and PingChat instant messaging applications. Nan also developed significant projects at Flipp and holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
