Andrew Walker EMBA has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Andrew has held various leadership roles in different industries.

Andrew'smost recent position was as the Chief of Franchise Development at Poolwerx Corporation Pty Ltd, where they started in 2023.

Prior to that, Andrew worked at Poolwerx as the Franchise Recruitment Manager from 2023 to 2023. Here, they managed and promoted the Poolwerx Franchise System & Brand to prospective buyers and worked with existing franchisees.

Before joining Poolwerx, Andrew worked as the Business Operations Manager at The Cardiac Centre and Heartlab from 2021 to 2023. Andrew was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cardiac treatment and investigation center.

From 2017 to 2023, Andrew held two roles at Poolwerx Corporation Pty Ltd. Andrew served as the Chief Development Officer, where they led the Commercial Development and Franchise Development teams. Andrew also worked as the National Commercial Development Manager, responsible for managing the commercial development team and delivering business-to-business support to franchise partners.

From 2015 to 2017, Andrew served as the General Manager & Business Development Manager at Nuflow Technologies 2000 Pty Ltd, where they managed the day-to-day operations and developed the business across all departments.

Prior to that, they worked at I.C.E Vacations Asia Pacific Pty Ltd from 2012 to 2015 as the Director of Business Development, Asia Pacific. Here, they built and managed strong partnerships with national and multinational companies.

Before their roles in the franchising industry, Andrew gained valuable experience as the Regional Manager at PoolWerx Corporation Pty Ltd from 2006 to 2012, where they managed and supported franchise partners in their business development.

Earlier in their career, Andrew operated their own businesses as the Managing Director of Just Coffee Sales and Service from 2001 to 2006, and as the Managing Director of Walker Hospitality Supplies from 1989 to 2001.
