Digital Marketing Manager

Poonjan.com is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, lead generation, brand development, and the e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with company goals.

• Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.

• Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare a budget based on forecasting and results.

• Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

• Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.

• Identify advertising needs, and establish best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.

Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

Skills and experience in creative content writing.

Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.
