Kirk D. has a diverse range of work experience. Kirk started their career as a Service Center Manager at YRC, where they achieved impressive financial results for an under-performing facility. Kirk then moved on to become the Director of Operations, where they revitalized staffing levels and exceeded hiring goals. Later, they became the Area Director of Operation, leading a large team and overseeing $250 million in revenue. In 2010, Kirk became the CEO and Owner of Pop-A-Lock, where they orchestrated all aspects of the business, including branding, sales, marketing, and operations. Kirk successfully drove franchise startup sales and maximized profitability through strategic planning.

Kirk D. earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and Business Logistics from Penn State University.
