Thomas Reed is the Co-Owner of Pop-A-Lock Eugene since June 2011, where Thomas collaborated with other owners to cross train employees, maintain licensing, adhere to franchise standards, manage online presence, develop pricing structure, and evaluate new services. Additionally, Thomas is the Operations Manager at A+ Towing since June 2009, overseeing metrics development, employee management, training programs, and company contracts. Thomas also has experience in various other roles in the towing and locksmith industry. Thomas graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Psychology and Business, and obtained a Pilot's License from Lane Aviation Academy.

Pop-A-Lock
Pop-A-Lock was born in 1991 when local law enforcement agents in Lafayette, Louisiana recognized the need for a car locksmith in their community. Since then, Pop-A-Lock has grown to become the largest professional locksmithing franchise in the country. Their original Lafayette location is now the national training facility and corporateheadquarters for Pop-A-Lock.
