Holly Worthington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and customer success. Currently serving as Co-founder and Customer Success Lead at POPcomms since June 2022, Holly previously held the role of Client Services Lead and Co-founder at POP Communication from August 2007 to June 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Project Lead and Co-founder at Professional Presentations, Account Director at Strata Creative Communications Ltd, and Project Manager at The Small Practices Association. Holly's academic background includes a BA Hons in English Literature from Nottingham Trent University, complemented by foundational education at Edgbaston High School in Birmingham.
