Milla Ahlsten is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in customer and process insights, channels and services, and product and service development, currently serving as the Head of Customer and Process Insights at POP Pankki -ryhmä / POP Bank Group since June 2017. Prior roles include Development Manager and Customer Relations Manager at Suupohjan Osuuspankki - POP Pankki, with earlier experience as a Financial Advisor and Service Advisor. Milla's career started with sales-related positions at MTV Oy and Seppälä. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Turku School of Economics, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University, and exchange studies at Hanze. Milla graduated from Kristiinankaupungin lukio in 2006.
