Emily Schildt is a seasoned marketing professional with over a decade of experience in brand communications and digital engagement. As the Founder and CEO of Pop Up Grocer since January 2019, Emily has pioneered a unique grocery concept. Prior to this, Emily served as a Brand Communications and Marketing Consultant at Sourdough, developing distinguished brand identities. As a co-founder of Thing of Wonder, Emily facilitated a series of engaging events that highlighted diverse themes and guests. At Chobani, Emily directed digital engagement across multiple brands and product lines, creating innovative marketing strategies and overseeing comprehensive content creation. Emily's earlier roles included various communications and marketing positions that laid the foundation for a successful career in the industry. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rhodes College.
