Nicolette Escanillas

Nicolette Escanillas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nicolette started their career as a Master Reference Data Analyst at Shell, where they were responsible for ensuring the accuracy of oil product information through SAP and aligning data relevant to business operations. Nicolette actively participated in a core project team focused on data quality management. Nicolette then moved on to Colliers International, where they worked as an Associate in Capital Markets and Investment. After that, they joined Leechiu Property Consultants, Inc. as an Analyst in Commercial Leasing. Following their time at Leechiu, they worked at Tabangao Realty, Inc. as a Site Acquisition Officer and Negotiator. Nicolette also gained experience as a part-time ESL teacher at Unhoop Philippines. More recently, they assumed the role of Head of Account Management at Spacewise and served as the VP for Public Relations at Alpha One Toastmasters Club. Overall, Nicolette's work experience demonstrates their proficiency in various roles within the real estate and oil industry, showcasing their adaptability and strong analytical skills.

Nicolette Escanillas attended Rizal Technological University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management. In 2017, they attended the College of St Benilde for an Executive Program in Real Estate Management, focusing on the field of Real Estate. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management at iACADEMY in Makati City, with a focus on Business. Nicolette Escanillas also holds additional certifications as an Accredited Real Estate Sales Person from the Professional Regulation Commission, a Certified Professional Makeup Artist from the Center for Aesthetic Studies, and is TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Certified from the World TESOL Academy.
