Zina Brown

Zina Brown has an extensive background in talent acquisition, recruitment, and business development, with over two decades of experience across various industries. As a co-founder and talent acquisition leader at Pop-Up Talent since September 2012, Zina focuses on providing tailored recruiting services to early-stage and mid-cap companies. Prior to this role, Zina founded Houston HOA Management, offering customized association management solutions from 2010 to 2022. Zina also served as a founding partner at Perito Eleven, a technical recruiting firm, after holding positions such as Director of Health Services at Medliant and VP of West Coast Technical Consulting at Solomon Page Group. Zina began a career in engineering consulting as a sales manager at BAL Associates and as a technology branch manager at Howroyd Group.
