Harish Koilkonda

Harish Koilkonda has worked in various roles related to Salesforce development and administration. HARISH started their career in 2011 as a Salesforce Developer/Administrator at ANXIA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, where they worked on standard Salesforce objects and developed validation rules and approvals. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at New York Institute of Technology. In 2016, Harish joined IT & EBusiness Consulting Services, Inc. as a Salesforce Developer, where they interacted with business users for analysis and requirements gathering. HARISH also customized the Service Cloud Console using Visualforce pages. Harish then moved on to Accellor in 2017, where they worked as a Technical Lead for Salesforce Delivery. HARISH developed a unified provisioning application on Salesforce, streamlining client onboarding processes for an all-in-one HR, benefits, and payroll platform.

Harish Koilkonda earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in 2011. Later, in 2016, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology. In addition, they have received various certifications from Salesforce, including Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Pardot Specialist, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
