Peter Gibson is an experienced property director with a successful career spanning over two decades in the property sector. Currently serving as Property Director at Chicken Shop since January 2022, Peter previously held the same position at Flat Iron from January 2020 to January 2022. From August 2010 to January 2020, Peter led property acquisitions and asset management for Nando's UK & IRE in Southern England, showcasing expertise in the region. Prior to these roles, Peter was an associate partner at HARMER RAY HOFFBRAND LLP from June 2004 to June 2010. Peter holds a degree from Northumbria University, obtained in 2001, and furthered education at London Southbank in 2005.
