Sultana Akther Suma possesses a diverse range of experiences in education and customer service. Currently serving as a Training Assistant at Coventry University Bangladeshi Society since December 2022, Sultana previously excelled as a Customer Service Representative at Next, where exceptional sales performance and positive customer feedback were consistently achieved. Prior to this, Sultana worked as a Faculty Lecturer at Parkview Medical College Hospital, playing a key role in developing a successful healthcare curriculum that enhanced student outcomes. An internship at Jalalabad Ragib Rabeya Medical College involved hands-on medical care and research. Sultana also contributed as a Higher Secondary Science Teacher at Global Study. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Global Public Health from the University of Essex and a Bachelor of Science in School of Medical Science from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.
