Chris Boik has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Chris started their career as the Director of Operations at Best Buy, where they successfully led the creation of the largest electronics recycling program in the US. Chris then joined UnitedHealth Group, first as the Senior Director of Operations and later as the Vice President of Operations. In these roles, Chris oversaw the growth and transformation of teams, implemented data-driven operations, and introduced innovative healthcare customer service initiatives. Most recently, Chris founded and served as the CEO of an HR Tech startup, where they built a pioneering software platform focused on improving employee onboarding in hybrid and remote work settings. In 2023, they joined PopHealthCare as the Vice President of Operational Excellence.
Chris Boik has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and pursued an MBA in Finance and Operations from Purdue University.
