When The Buggles “Video Killed the Radio Star” played as the first video on MTV in 1981, the way we listened to music changed forever. 40 years later, we are on the cusp of another visual entertainment evolution with augmented and virtual reality - "Popins”. On June 10th, 2021, we dropped our genesis project, an augmented reality performance of Alec Shaw’s “Nobody But You” as an NFT on Rarible, and sold out in less than 24 hours. In 2023, we are pioneering a new category of merchandise and collectibles with AR holograms and spatial livestreams.

We’re proud to be able to take music, comedy, film, sports and more to the next level by lifting the artist off the 2D screen and placing them into your life where you can view them as a three-dimensional video on your phone wherever you are. Popins allow you to watch AR, record what your phone sees, and even join in to create your own personal mix that you can share on your socials. Check out our website (www.popins.io) to try one!

Popins is powered by Forma Vision, the world leader in volumetric video streaming. Streaming enables users around the world to enjoy full songs or even full concerts as Popins, all without the necessity of downloading an app.
Forma Vision’s world-leading streaming capabilities enable our unique design feature of dynamically pinning a brand or a collector's profile photo and name as a chyron overlay to our AR experience. We see this feature as a significant asset.

We can't wait to show you what's next.
