Waqas Hashmi

Waqas Hashmi is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing IT infrastructure and support teams. Currently serving as the IT Infrastructure Manager at Poplar HARCA since 2016, Waqas oversees the IT Support Desk and ensures adequate staffing for optimal support services. Previously held roles include IT Infrastructure Team Leader and Support Engineer at the same company, as well as Technical Support Analyst at London South Bank University and 2nd Line Support Analyst at Paperchase Products Ltd. Waqas's career began as a Helpdesk Systems Administrator at London United Busways.
