Greg Hutter serves as the Director of Bridge & Structural Inspections at Popli Design Group, a position held since April 1997. Prior to this role, Greg worked as a Construction Inspector for the New York State Department of Transportation from 1994 to 1996. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo, earned between 1989 and 1994.
