Justin Roj

Justin Roj currently serves as the Director of Operations at Popli Design Group since January 2023. Previously, Roj held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Prodigy Benefit Management, LLC., where the focus was on improving employee health and financial wellbeing in one of America's rapidly growing health and wellness providers. Prior to that, Roj was the Director of Communications and Special Events for the City of Rochester, managing a team of 19 and overseeing a budget of $3.2 million. Earlier experiences include a leadership role at Popli Design Group, contributing to significant market expansion in New York City, and various managerial positions at Monroe County, including Assistant County Executive and Deputy Director of Environmental Services. Roj holds an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Political Science from Syracuse University.
