Eugenio Cabral is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and data science. As Co-Founder and CTO of Tandom since February 2025, Eugenio previously served as Lead AI Engineer at dLocal, where responsibilities included founding and scaling an AI engineering team. At Capgemini, Eugenio held multiple key roles, culminating as Head of Generative AI, driving strategic initiatives for AI solutions in the financial sector and expanding the team significantly. With a rich background in data architecture and machine learning from roles at Captalys and as a Data Science Tutor at Universidade de São Paulo, Eugenio combines academic rigor with industry expertise, holding a Master's degree in Computer Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence.
