Carla Perez possesses extensive experience in customer service, fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service and previously holding multiple director roles at poppi since March 2022, Carla has developed a strong expertise in managing operations efficiently. Prior to joining poppi, Carla was the Director of Fulfillment at Koia from May 2021 to March 2022 and worked as a Warehouse Manager at Classic Beverage of Southern California as well as Haralambos Beverage Company, where responsibilities included inventory oversight and purchasing. Carla's career began as a Calendar Coordinator at Hutchings Court Reporters from March 2003 to July 2006, showcasing a diverse skill set that spans over two decades in operational management.
