Joshua Gittler

Joshua Gittler has a diverse work experience, primarily in finance and investment banking. Joshua is currently the Chief Financial Officer at poppi, starting in September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Nutrabolt from October 2019 to August 2023. Joshua also served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at NBG Home from September 2018 to July 2019. Joshua Gittler has experience in corporate finance and development, as well as mergers and acquisitions, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations. Joshua played a key role in the $1.6 billion sale of Amplify Snack Brands to Hershey and led various important financial activities within the company. Joshua Gittler also has experience in investment banking, having worked at Jefferies & Company as an Investment Banking Senior Vice President from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, they worked at TD Securities as a Leveraged Finance Associate in 2009 and at JP Morgan as an Investment Banking Summer Associate in 2008. Joshua started their career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley from 2004 to 2007.

Joshua Gittler holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Investment Banking Immersion from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Joshua also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and International Business from Penn State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
