Sébastien Alix

Sébastien Alix serves as the Sales Manager for Poppies Bakeries since September 2022, following a successful tenure at Compass Group France where the role of Category Development Director involved implementing a "Cat Man" philosophy and enhancing supplier partnerships. Prior to that, at Mondelēz International, Sébastien managed various roles including Promotion Manager for Breakfast and Savoury Biscuits, overseeing a team and driving promotional strategy, as well as serving as Category Manager and KPIs Manager in coffee business planning. Earlier experience includes roles at Mondelēz International focusing on chocolate and coffee categories, and a regional sales director role at LU France, demonstrating a strong track record in sales, category management, and team leadership. Sébastien holds an MBA in international commerce from Audencia and another MBA in marketing from Bowling Green State University.
