Wim de Pape

Wim De Pape has held various leadership roles in different companies throughout their career. Wim served as the Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.) at Poppies Bakeries starting from July 2019. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Oriental Weavers Textiles from October 2017 to June 2019. From 2003 to 2017, Wim was the CEO of Orian Rugs Inc. Wim also held the position of Director of Operations, Automotive Interiors Division at Recticel N.A. Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Before that, they worked as the Executive Vice-President/General Manager at Santens Of America Inc for almost a decade, from 1992 to 2001. Wim started their career at Cavel Int'l, where they served as the EVP of Operations/General Manager from 1987 to 1991.

Wim De Pape has a Master of Science in Engineering from VUB: University of Brussels, Belgium. Wim also holds an MBA Executive degree (EMBA) from Northern Illinois University, Chicago Il, USA. In addition, they have a degree in Management Information Systems from UFSIA: University of Antwerp, Belgium. Wim De Pape also obtained a certification in Liberal Arts Leadership from Furman University in 2009.
