Jen Kramer

Jen Kramer is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in driving growth and building client relationships across several organizations. Currently, Jen serves as the Director of Sales at Poppulo since July 2024 and also acts as an Advisor for Happyly, focusing on enhancing work-life balance for employees through meaningful experiences. Previously, at BlueOcean, Jen held dual titles of Head of Sales and Head of Enterprise Sales, where the establishment of an Enterprise Sales function and team recruitment were pivotal. At UserTesting, Jen's leadership resulted in a remarkable 400% growth in client relationships, transitioning from Regional Sales Director to Global Account Director. Prior roles include Enterprise Account Manager at both ForeSee and Forrester Research, and earlier recruitment and sales responsibilities at Hollister, Inc. Jen holds a BA in Sociology from SUNY Geneseo.
