Matthew Horton

Matthew Horton is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in leading customer projects and solutions consulting. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Projects and Principal Project Manager at Poppulo since July 2022, Matthew has team lead responsibilities, oversees international logistics coordination, and manages major programs for clients like Amazon and Northrop Grumman. Previously, during over a decade at Four Winds Interactive, Matthew held various roles, culminating as Senior Project Manager, where extensive corporate experience was gained managing high-profile clients such as KPMG and Capital One. Matthew has a proven track record in project estimation, coaching colleagues, and implementing organizational changes such as the merger between Four Winds Interactive and Poppulo. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Economics from the University of Michigan.
