Nick Reising

Nick Reising serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Poppulo, focusing on global inorganic growth strategies backed by Vista Equity since October 2024. Previously, Nick held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at CSI, leading its inorganic growth strategy and overseeing significant acquisitions. Prior experience includes a role at Kaleris, where Nick directed both organic and inorganic growth strategies, executing multiple acquisitions and strategic projects. Nick also served as Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at PDI Technologies, resulting in 20 acquisitions across three continents, and as Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at NCR Corporation, facilitating 14 transactions globally. Early career roles include investment banking positions at Raymond James Financial Inc., ArcStar Energy, CJS Securities, and FBR. Nick holds a degree in Economics with a focus on Finance from The Wharton School.
