Diana Wright, MBA, possesses extensive experience in marketing, sales operations, and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as the CRM & Sales Operations Manager and Marketing Manager for Poppy Hand-Crafted Popcorn, Diana has previously founded DeeLight Crafts and held the role of Growth/Customer Success Manager at Sanesco International Inc. Notable past positions include Director of Digital Marketing at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in Malaysia, Digital Account Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid, and Group Account Director at XM Asia Pacific. Diana's career began as Managing Director at Starwright Graphic Agency and includes early roles in business development and web design. Currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics from LSU Shreveport, Diana also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
