Mindi Schwartz has a diverse work history that spans various industries and roles. Mindi began their career in 1997 at National Flora, where they served as the Manager of Customer Care, overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives. Mindi then transitioned to Ross Stores in 2005, where they worked as a Front End Supervisor, managing a team of sales associates and ensuring excellent customer service. In 2008, Mindi joined Macy's, starting as a Merchant Assistant in Impulse Fashion before being promoted to Assistant Buyer for Private Brand Karen Scott. Mindi later took on the role of Omni Associate Buyer for Coats, responsible for managing over $100 million in sales. Mindi eventually became an Associate Manager of Business Strategy, Private Brands Sleepwear at Macy's, where they presented financial analysis and developed strategies to improve margin and sales. In 2018, Mindi pursued their passion for floral design and worked as a Floral Designer at Destination Flowers, creating bespoke floral arrangements for weddings and events. Mindi also had a role as an Event Manager at Floral Studio, where they provided consulting services and managed projects. Mindi continued their floral design career at Poppy Flowers and Casper, where they worked as a Floral Designer and Merchandise Allocator respectively. Mindi brings a wealth of experience in customer service, management, merchandising, and event planning to their roles.

Mindi Schwartz has a Bachelor's Degree in Merchandise Management from Oregon State University. Mindi also attended El Dorado High School, but the degree name and field of study are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Mindi obtained the title of Fire Performer - Fire Breathing or Other from House of Cirque in 2023. Mindi also holds the certification of AzMF Arizona Master Florist from ARIZONA STATE FLORISTS ASSOCIATION in 2022.
