Steve Sypal has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Steve began their career at Leanin' Tree Greeting Cards, where they worked as a New Account Specialist and later became the Business Manager of the Promotional Products division. In these roles, they focused on sales and was responsible for opening new retail locations and managing relationships with retail store owners and distributors.
Afterward, Steve joined HealthMarkets as a Licensed Insurance Agent. During their time there, they assisted individuals in selecting appropriate health, life, and supplemental insurance products, and worked closely with the state health exchange to secure tax credits for qualified clients. Steve consistently kept up with industry changes through ongoing educational training.
Currently, Steve is working at PopSockets as a Sales Operations Analyst. Steve previously held the position of Sales Operations Coordinator, where they supported the domestic sales team by assisting with inventory management, forecasting, on-time delivery, scheduling, and process compliance. Additionally, they played a key role in driving account performance indicators and sales goals. Steve also utilized data analytics to provide insights and presentations to the sales team.
Steve Sypal studied Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In 2014, they obtained additional certifications including a Colorado Health Insurance License from the Colorado Department of Insurance, and a Nebraska Health Insurance License from the Nebraska Department of Insurance.
