Eduardo M. currently serves as an NCAE-C Scholar funded by an NCAE-C Grant through the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico (PUPR) since June 2022 and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Internet Society Puerto Rico Chapter since January 2022. With extensive experience in quantitative analysis at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico since May 2018, Eduardo has also held roles as a Programmer at Triple-S Vida and Santander, and as a President, Founder, Designer, and Software Developer at Pharus Inc. Previous positions include Software Developer at INVID, Programmer, System Designer, and Analyst at Techno Plastics Industries, Inc., and an internship at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Eduardo's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering & Applied Sciences - Computer Engineering from PUPR, a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, along with a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from PUPR.
