Jose Pachano

Jose Pachano has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies over the years. Jose started their career at Procter & Gamble in 1994 as a Financial Analyst and later became a Finance Department Manager from 1996 to 1998. In 2000, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate and worked their way up to Engagement Manager until 2005. Pachano then moved to Popular, where they held positions such as VP Retail Credit Group from 2005 to 2007 and SVP Strategic Planning from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2023, they served as SVP Corporate Banking at Popular. Currently, they hold the position of SVP Retail Segments, starting in May 2023 at Popular.

Jose Pachano completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Yale School of Management from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 1989 to 1994.
