Patrick Leyland

Patrick Leyland has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Patrick is currently the Chief Product Officer at Populares since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Product at both The Red Fox Group and Magenta Linas Software from August 2019 to October 2021. Before transitioning to product roles, Patrick worked as a Digital Director at MOSS Group Australia from January 2018 to July 2019 and at the Australian Labor Party from April 2018 to May 2019. Patrick also served as a Senior Digital Adviser at the Office of the Premier from December 2014 to December 2017. Patrick's previous experiences include working as a Digital Advertising Specialist at the Australian Labor Party in May 2016 and as the Director of Digital at the Australian Labor Party - Victorian Branch from April 2014 to December 2014. Patrick began their career as a Senior Analyst at Veda in October 2013, where they were part of a large analytics team and was responsible for data analysis, designing and delivering marketing campaigns, and maintaining and improving systems. Prior to joining Veda, Patrick worked as a Senior Communications Advisor to the Leader of the Opposition at the New Zealand Parliament from April 2012 to October 2013.

Patrick Leyland attended the University of Otago, where they studied Information Science and English.
