Chance Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in various industries. Chance is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Populate since June 2022. Before that, they worked as a Management Consulting - Software at McKinsey & Company from May 2020 to March 2022. In 2022, they also briefly served as an Advisor at Raven Health. Prior to that, they gained experience in Investments and Asset Management at Realterm from 2017 to 2019, and in Acquisitions from 2015 to 2017. Chance also worked in Equities Investments at Lazard in 2015, Equities Investments at Obermeyer Wood Investment Counsel, LLLP in 2014, and Investment Banking and Capital Markets at C.L. King & Associates in 2013.

Chance Rodriguez has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Global Business from NYU Stern School of Business.
