Tammy Fisher

Tammy Fisher currently serves as the Chief Program Officer at the Population Health Learning Center, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Fisher held the role of Senior Director at Aledade, Inc. from March 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included developing and implementing the organization's Clinical Quality Strategy. Additional experience includes serving as Quality Improvement Director at Contra Costa Health Plan, overseeing quality and health improvement operations, and as VP of Programs at the Center for Care Innovations, directing population management programs. Fisher has also held senior leadership positions at Partnership HealthPlan of California and San Francisco Health Plan, where contributions led to significant improvements in quality and performance measures. Earlier in the career, Fisher managed quality improvement initiatives at the Pacific Business Group on Health and Brown & Toland Physicians. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC San Diego.
