Maddalena Zacchia

Maddalena Zacchia is an accomplished clinical operations leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Clinical Operations Leader at Validae Health since March 2021, Maddalena has a solid track record in clinical project management, having previously held roles as Clinical Project Director at Novartis and The Medicines Company. Additionally, Maddalena has significant tenure at Novartis in various capacities, including Clinical Trial Head and Expert Clinical Manager in both Oncology and Primary Care Division. Earlier career experiences include positions at Merck, Schering-Plough Research Institute, and Organon, where key contributions were made as Trial Manager and Clinical Research Associate. Maddalena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Montclair State University.
