Brian Luu has extensive experience in systems administration and IT support, currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at PHRI Population Health Research Institute, McMaster, and HHS since January 2017. Previous roles include ITS Support Consultant at the Region of Waterloo and various positions at Contego Inc., where responsibilities spanned compliance management, technology solutions engineering, and helpdesk support. Brian Luu holds a Bachelor of Information Technology degree with a focus on Networking and IT Security from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, completed in 2011.
