Kefyalew Asmara is an experienced project coordinator with a strong background in public health and project management. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Population Media Center since August 2020, Kefyalew previously held the position of Central Project Coordinator at the Ethiopian Public Health Association from July 2017 to August 2020. Prior roles include Intervention Coordinator at WAHA Intl. from February 2016 to August 2020, where responsibilities encompassed ethical approvals, community engagement, and project evaluation. Additionally, Kefyalew worked as a Research Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from December 2016 to July 2017 and has held various management and coordinator positions in public health projects since 2010. Kefyalew holds a Master's Degree in Project Management from Addis Ababa University and a Master's Degree in Public Health from Haramaya University.
