Immanuel Wolff

Immanuel Wolff has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Immanuel started their career as a Freelance Design/Web-Programming professional in 2002, and continued in this role until 2010. During this time, they also worked as a Research Assistant at Georgetown University from October 2008 to January 2010, where they played a lead role in the development of a web-based clearinghouse for conflict-related multimedia.

In 2009, Immanuel worked as an Intern at Search for Common Ground in Freetown, Sierra Leone, where they conducted a mixed-method field study to assess the impact of community radio on development. Immanuel co-developed and pilot-tested data collection tools used for the research sites.

From 2010 to 2015, Immanuel worked at Development and Training Services (dTS) in various roles. Immanuel started as a Junior Associate and Associate, then moved on to become a Senior Associate, where they coordinated proposal development teams for prime IDIQ bids. Immanuel then became a Project Manager, responsible for contractual and financial management, personnel administration, and coordinating projects for USAID. Later, they served as the Manager of Program Operations Services, addressing operational challenges resulting from rapid growth. Finally, they became the Business and Operations Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Practice, leading program operations and monitoring compliance and profitability across the portfolio.

In 2015, Immanuel joined Palladium: International Development as an Operations Manager. Immanuel performed operational management on contracts and cooperative agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and managing financial, contractual, HR, procurement, and subcontract management.

In 2016, Immanuel joined PRB (Population Reference Bureau). Immanuel started as a Program Finance & Operations Manager, overseeing a team supporting program staff with procurement, financial management, and reporting. Immanuel then became a Senior Program Finance & Operations Manager, responsible for managing PRB's financial, compliance, and operational risk, while driving operational innovation to increase efficiency.

Immanuel Wolff completed their Basic Studies in Law from The University of Göttingen from the year 2004 to 2005. Immanuel then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs at the University of St.Gallen, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, Immanuel enrolled at Georgetown University to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Conflict Resolution, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.
