Archana Lama

Archana Lama is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Manager at Population Services International since March 2014, Archana specializes in providing comprehensive financial services to domestic and overseas program staff while supervising a team that includes Financial Analysts and Program Coordinators. Previous roles include Senior Financial Analyst, Acting Finance Manager, and Finance Manager within the same organization, along with a background as a Financial Analyst and Assistant Account Manager. Archana's career began at Save the Children International, progressing from Accountant to Finance Officer from 2005 to 2011, and included an early role as Account and Administration Assistant at Sam Bikash Abhiyan Nepal. Archana holds a Master of Business Studies (MBS) and a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) from Tribhuvan University, with academic focuses on finance and economics.
