Byron Pollitt

Byron Pollitt is a retired senior executive having served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for over 20 years in companies with broad international operations. Most recently, Byron was CFO of Visa Inc., the world’s largest retail payments processor. Prior to that role, he was CFO of Gap Inc.,a global apparel retailer, and CFO of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts with financial responsibility for all of Disney’s theme parks around the world. He has been recognized as a top CFO by The Wall Street Journal, Institutional Investor, and Fortune Magazine.

Byron currently serves as a director of Voya Financial, Inc., a leading US-based retirement company, where he is Chair of the Audit Committee. He is also Vice Chair of the Finance Commission of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, a member of the Board of Trustees for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and a member of the Board of Councilors for the School of Dramatic Arts at the University of Southern California.

Byron earned a BS in Business Economics from the University of California-Riverside and an MBA from Harvard Business School with High Distinction.
