Julia Kenney

Julia Kenney is a seasoned communications professional with experience in policy advocacy and career services. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Communications at Population Services International since August 2022, Julia has also held various roles at The diaTribe Foundation, where responsibilities included Advocacy Program Manager and Policy and Advocacy roles from June 2020 to August 2022. Julia's earlier experience includes advising peers as a Student Career Assistant at Carleton College, where additional responsibilities involved managing social media outreach for the Career Center. Other notable positions include a Winter Internship at L.E.K. Consulting and a long tenure as Wilderness Education Staff and Trip Guide at McGaw YMCA Camp Echo, complemented by work as a Swim Instructor at YWCA Evanston/North Shore. Julia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Carleton College.
