Marisa Bass

Marisa was most recently the General Manager of Healthcare at CLEAR (“YOU,” NYSE), where she was responsible for creating and maintaining a healthcare business, leveraging CLEAR’s secure identity platform. The Healthcare team works with enterprise partners to implement personalized and frictionless experiences for consumers as they move throughout the healthcare ecosystem. Marisa joined CLEAR from Quartet, healthcare technology and services startup integrating mental and physical health, where she was Director of Business Development. At Quartet, Marisa built and led a national health system business, developing the division strategy, business model and managing associated client pursuits.

Prior to Quartet, Marisa was Head of Finance & Strategy for Emblem Health’s three fully capitated dual-eligible managed long-term care (MLTC) programs, focusing on improving patient outcomes. Marisa started her career in finance at Citi Private Bank, culminating as Head of Business Planning & Execution for the North American Investments business. As an NYC native, Marisa grew up volunteering and interning with various local hospitals, developing an early passion for the intersection of healthcare and business.

Marisa received her MBA in healthcare management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics and minor in healthcare management at the University of Pennsylvania. Marisa has been an active board member of the Wharton Healthcare Management Alumni Association (WHCMAA) since 2018.
