Ricky Martin S. has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and IT support. Ricky Martin started their career as a Freelance IT Support Specialist in 2014 and worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Ydigital Asia as a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist for a brief period. Ricky then moved on to PT. Pacifica Raya Technology in 2019 as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined Kiddo.id as a Performance Marketing Specialist and stayed until 2021. Ricky then took on the role of a Digital Marketing Facilitator at Binar Academy from September 2022 to December 2022. Ricky Martin then worked at Danacita as a Performance Marketing Specialist from June 2021 to October 2022, before being promoted to Senior Performance Marketing Associate from October 2022 to February 2023. Currently, Ricky is working at Populix as a Performance Marketing Lead starting from February 2023.

Ricky Martin S. has pursued various educational opportunities in the fields of digital marketing and programming. In 2010, they enrolled at Universitas Kristen Maranatha, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Engineering in 2013. After completing their undergraduate studies, Ricky Martin S. focused on enhancing their skills in digital marketing. In 2018, they attended the Purwadhika Startup and Coding School, where they pursued a course in Digital Marketing. In the same year, they also obtained a certification in Digital Marketing from Purwadhika Startup School.

In 2019, Ricky Martin S. further expanded their knowledge in digital marketing by attending DigiHR and Hacktiv8 Indonesia. These programs provided him with valuable insights into the field of digital marketing, specifically focusing on areas such as intro to programming and digital marketing techniques.

Recently, in 2021, Ricky Martin S. enrolled at Rakamin Academy, where they pursued a course in Digital Marketing. Ricky Martin obtained a Specialization Certificate in Digital Marketing Full Stack from Rakamin Academy in July 2021. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to digital marketing, including the Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, and Google Analytic Individual Qualification. Obtaining these certifications demonstrates their proficiency in various aspects of digital marketing.
