Zachary Rudman

As chief legal officer, Zack oversees legal, risk and insurance matters relating to Populous’ worldwide operations. He has practiced law for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in litigation, corporate law, and insurance. Prior to coming to Populous, Zack was senior vice president, senior corporate counsel for GE Insurance Solutions and Swiss Reinsurance Corporation.

Zack is a member of the firm’s Global Officer group and serves as company secretary to the Global Board of Directors and Americas’ Regional Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Americas’ management team.

His activities at Populous have included assisting in the formation and development of Populous as an independent corporation.

Zack is admitted to the bar in Missouri, Kansas and Illinois, and he is a member of the American Bar Association Construction Forum and the AIA Legal Large Firm Roundtable.
