Kevin Wilson

Kevin Wilson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across a variety of organizations. Currently serving as the Owner and Director of Populus Consulting Limited since April 2024, Kevin provides strategic HR support and senior-level coaching. Prior to this, Kevin was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Venator Materials Plc, where responsibilities included shaping HR strategy and practices within the executive leadership team. Kevin's prior positions include Global HR Director at Huntsman Pigments and Additives, Senior HR Business Partner at Siemens Energy - Renewables, and Global Process HR Manager at Tata Global Beverages. With a foundation in HR management dating back to roles at Arla Foods and BASF, Kevin holds an MSc in Quality Management from the University of Sunderland.
