Michelle Fedorkiw - CCWP has an extensive work experience in workforce management and customer success. Michelle started their career as an Accounting Clerk at Eaton Inoac in 2004. In 2005, they worked as a Requisitioner Relations Specialist at MSXI before joining Populus Group in 2007. At Populus Group, they held various roles including Program Manager, Implementation Manager, Director of Strategic Accounts, Executive Director of Customer Success, and currently serves as the Executive Director of Workforce Management Systems (Unity).
