Fernando Henrique Brasil has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Fernando Henrique started their career as a Software QA Engineer in IBS SISTEMAS, where they created a QA process and ensured quality in every new release. Fernando Henrique then transitioned to a Delphi Developer role within the same company, where they developed a centralized system parameterization module. After that, Fernando worked as a System Analyst Consultant at Alto Vale Sistemas, where they contributed to ERP system deployment and created documentation and tutorials. Fernando Henrique then joined IBS SISTEMAS again, this time as a Support Team Lead, where they managed projects, led a team, and provided solutions to clients' problems.
