Sakshi Sainik

Sakshi Sainik currently serves as the Head of Marketing at Porcellia, a performance marketing agency focused on small to mid-size businesses, since October 2022. With a background in digital marketing, Sakshi previously held roles such as Digital Marketing Manager at Wilderbee Talent Camp and Sales Marketing Manager at Manzuri. Additional experience includes positions in marketing and business development, with a focus on sales operations and influencer marketing. Early career internships encompassed work at Unbottle Emotions, PsychoWaves®, and the German Development Bank, where Sakshi gained insights into mental health, infrastructure projects, and community engagement. Sakshi holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
