Adam Long

Adam Long is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the inspection and service industries. Currently serving as General Manager of the Inspection division at Porch Group since January 2025, Adam drives growth and innovation while overseeing market-leading software solutions such as Inspection Support Network, Home Inspector Pro, and Palmtech. Prior to this role, Adam was the Head of Revenue for the Inspection division, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance customer value across multiple brands. Adam's previous achievements include serving as President of HomeTeam Inspection Service, where the company was recognized as the #1 Home Inspection Franchisor by Entrepreneur Magazine, and as a Vice President at both HomeTeam and House Doctors Home Improvements and Repairs, where significant operational improvements were realized. Adam holds an MBA in Management and Strategy and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University and the University of Cincinnati, respectively.
