Cheri Mulcahey

Cheri Mulcahey has extensive work experience in risk assurance and internal audit roles. Cheri is currently a Senior Director Internal Audit and SOX at Porch Group, where they are responsible for overseeing internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to that, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Cook Inlet Region, Inc.

Before joining Porch Group and Cook Inlet Region, Inc., Mulcahey worked at Nasdaq as a Senior Director Internal Audit, where they played a key role in restructuring and leading the global SOX program. Cheri also implemented controls related to new SEC requirements, newly acquired entities, and new system implementations.

Cheri Mulcahey completed their undergraduate education from Cabrini University in 1998, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Information Science.
